Rattle Tales returns to Brighton Fringe after a sell-out show last year. We’re looking forward to hearing tales from a selection of writers and, as ever, anything goes. Funny, sad, peculiar, there's no restrictions on stories or the audience discussion afterwards. Brighton’s only interactive short story night is a unique event. Prepare for noisy rattling fun. Brighton’s favourite eight-piece soul band, South Coast Soul Revue, return to Brighton Fringe with two shows packed full of classic and contemporary soul, funk and r'n'b. Quality musicians, two great singers and an awesome brass section provide an authentic soul experience. Love soul music? Love to dance? Then you will love this band!

Young Brighton band 'grasshopper' (small ‘g’!) take over The Brunswick for two afternoons of surf-shoegaze-post-punk sounds. Featuring support from the toppermost of Brighton’s young indie/rock scene. 27th May (12-2) presents young punks 'AMI' and the inimitable "Aim Low", while 2nd June (3:30-5:30) showcases the edgy innovation of 'Blinder' and the elegant, layered sounds of 'Red Emperor'.

A co-headline performance from two of the UK’s leading independent rappers - ShaoDow and Zuby. Between them, they have sold over 25,000 albums by travelling the length and breadth of the country and performed across the UK, Europe and Asia. Support on the night comes from A.C., Terra and Bartoven. Music genres will include hip-hop, rap, grime and dubstep.

A family clown theatre show. Mr Pineapple Head works in the style of a silent clown, performing physical comedy and slapstick routines to music. Genuinely funny, professional silliness! It's a Brunswick Fringe tradition! Family ticket available for 2 adults and 2 children.
